Extremely impressed with Lemcke and their installer. I called on Friday needing a new dishwasher and they were honest, helpful, and made sure I didn’t overpay for something I didn’t need. By Tuesday, my new dishwasher was installed. The installer called ahead and the entire process was smooth and professional. Highly recommend. I will be recommending LEMCKE to Everyone I know!!!

I highly recommend Lemke. From start to finish, they provided excellent customer service. Staff is kind and knowledgeable about the appliances they sell. I purchased a very nice GE washer/dryer set they installed today. I was given a great price on the set. I am not sure what else to say, but do not hesitate to buy from Lemke. Top notch experience. Was sold a whirlpool fridge at a “great deal” because it was the last one available and sales person couldn’t believe the deal we were getting. It lasted 1 year. Called the store and they were zero help. Wouldn’t return phone calls. The tech that was sent told us the fridge was a known lemon on the market. After 3 tech visits whirlpool gave us a new fridge. Would have been nice for Lemcke to offer support in the process or even returned phone calls.

My dishwasher quit working and I called Lemcke appliance and they went above an beyond to get me a new dishwasher within 2 days!!! In black too which isn't apparently an easy color to get at this point in time. I spoke with one of the owners, Joe Lemcke and he handled the sale from start to finish. I really appreciate the excellent communication and customer service. I will absolutely use Lemcke for all my future appliance needs.
