Great customer service, very reasonable prices and no pressure! My home fridge was being uncooperative, so I thought I would check out a small family store to get a new one. Yes, the “showroom“ is small, but I was told they could order just about whatever you wanted. And truly, I found the prices very affordable. I ended up not buying a fridge, because the owner gave me the number to his trusted repair service, Convenient Appliance Repair, and they were able to fix me up for a very good price. But, if I do need a new fridge or microwave, stove, dishwasher, etc., I would definitely go back to Fleck’s! Support your locals!

We are remodeling our kitchen and was referred to Fleck’s appliance and that was by far the BEST buying decision we made. Their appliances, knowledge, service and installation is the BEST. We are so glad that we chose them for our project. We will never go to the box store or any other appliance store. Fleck’s is your place. Thank you Tim and all the installers. You guys are top notch.

Buying appliances can be a daunting task. Too many options and price points at the large stores. The wife and I decided to give Flecks a try as they are local and close to home. Tim was very knowledgeable and there was no pressure. He listened to what we wanted and made some great recommendations that were not driven by price or profit. It was truly all about our wants and needs. We did a full suite of appliances (Refrigerator, microwave, range, two dishwashers and garbage disposal). We switched from electric to gas. The installers were great as they paid attention to every detail to make sure everything was perfect. They took extra steps to ensure there was no damage to the home. I would recommend Flecks to anyone who is shopping for appliances in the Florissant and surrounding areas. I will definitely use them for future appliance needs.

Great Service. Great Price. Free Delivery. Friendly People. No sales pressure. Super knowledgable. What more could you want? I actually enjoyed the experience of buying new washer! The owner took his time, answered all my questions and gave great service. Every promise was kept. Delivery was free and actually faster than promised. The delivery team was fast, friendly, and professional. They hauled away my old washer for $10 and left no mess behind. This is the first place I will choose for my next home appliance purchase!

Every year, for the past ten, I have driven by Fleck's Appliance Center on the corner of St. Francois and N. Jefferson, when driving the Parade Marshall for the Valley of Flowers Parade. Every year, when I pass that store, it brings back fond memories. I first saw the GE Model P991A, World Monitor, portable transistor radio at Fleck's in 1962. I lived in Ferguson Hills and rode my bike to Fleck's often to look at that radio. I was just 14-years old and I wanted that radio SO BAD! It took me awhile to save up the $200 (I think) to buy it but when I did, I was so proud of that radio. It had a wonderful tone on FM music and I would often lay in bed at night and fall asleep searching the short wave radio bands, listening to radio chatter from around the world! I impressed my uncle Erv so much that he purchased one for himself, and had it for many years. I wish I still had that GE radio now.
