Both jimmy and john were very helpful and kind. John informed us really well about both the washer and dryer we were buying. Quick service and both very happy to help without being pushy. Even left the store and came back without them having a negative attitude toward it. Fair pricing and both honored cheaper prices found on Facebook marketplace. Definitely give this place a try for appliances.

I had a great experience at Happys! My salesperson Jimmy was honest and helpful without being pushy or disingenuous. I found an awesome fridge for an incredible price and nothing was wrong with it other than it had been taken out of the box. My guess is it was too big for the previous purchaser at 30 cu.sf, it’s pretty big. We got a glass panel bespoke Samsung for a steal and I added on the warranty as it was too good to pass up. The delivery wasn’t quite as quick as I would’ve liked since we were living. Out of coolers when our old fridge died but under different circumstances, it would have been fine (purchased the fridge Sunday, delivered 11:30 on Wed). The delivery setup with Candace was great and the two gentlemen Ra’Shaun and Dennis who delivered and installed, hauls away my old fridge were quick, delightful, and did a great job. All in all I was very happy I went to Happy’s:)! Thank you Happys for giving great service when I thought that barely existed anymore☺️

I bought a range and a dishwasher from Happy's this week, and I couldn't be happier. The store carries scratch & dent appliances plus discounted appliances still in their box. Prices were outstanding. The salesmen at the Gravois Bluffs location (John and David) were knowledgable, friendly and took time with all my questions. They really know about all the different brands and features, and helped me make an informed decision. The items were delivered in 4 days (!) by Rayshon and Dennis. These two guys were cheerful and quick, getting everything hooked up in no time. They even took the old machines away. I would definitely shop there again, and recomment Happy's to friends and family.

Baron helped us find the perfect mattress at a great price! He was very helpful and friendly! We didn't feel pressured in to buying something we couldn't afford, which typically happens at the big name stores. They had a great selection and we were able to bring our mattress home the same day of purchase due to their large in store inventory. They do offer delivery if you aren't equipped to transport your purchase yourself. Highly recommend stopping in here for your next appliance or mattress before heading to the big box stores!
