Had an absolutely wonderful experience with them! They remained professional and flexible even when I was admittedly being a difficult customer because of my busy schedule and my terrible phone service I have where I live(they were not able to reach me immediately but kept calling). I went out to run an errand and that happened to be when they were planning to come by with the washer and they were able to rearrange their schedule to come by after I got back. they did a great job installing my washer, and even helped me with some advice about my dryer that I did not buy from them. Very nice people and my washer works great! If I ever need to buy an appliance again I will definitely go back to them

Where CA$H is KING. Leave the credit card & checkbook at home. They don’t accept either one. But…you can’t blame a small business for operating this way. When you walk in the door, don’t expect a fancy showroom either. This is strictly a barebones, concrete floor, no frills establishment. On the plus side, all the refurbished appliances looked brand new. I didn’t see any “scratch ‘n dent” items for sale. Or something looking like it fell off the back of a truck. You can save the delivery fee if you have a P/U truck or your own trailer. Sadly, I don’t. But at my age I’m grateful for anyone that can professionally deliver & SETUP a major appliance – in my case a Kenmore washing machine. Living on Social (in) Security is no fun. I got sticker shock from the big box stores & hardware stores. I was even somewhat shocked at the price for a refurbished washing machine. But at half the price of a new one (including tax, delivery & setup) maybe I shouldn’t complain. 7/30/2025 – delivered & setup today by Mark and Dave in about 20 minutes. Bottom line, if you’re on a tight budget, go see Hunter Appliances located at 3932 Gravois Ave, St. Louis, MO 63116.

I recently bought a used washing machine from Hunter Appliances, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The price was fair, and they even delivered it a day early due to an upcoming snowstorm. The delivery team was fantastic - they set everything up perfectly, made sure the machine was level and running smoothly, and took time to explain how to use it. They even hauled away my old washer. Great service from start to finish! Highly recommend!
