River City Appliance

We bought this LG washer from River City nearly 5 years ago and it has been an absolute champ! The staff are absolutely great, straight shooters with high value and integrity. Their same as cash warranty offers really solid peace of mind. I came back just recently while we were shopping for a fridge and asked if a certain fridge could fit milk jugs in the door. Conlyn literally installed the shelves in the fridge and grabbed a gallon jug from his own fridge so we could test it! Incredible service, quality product, great people.

I’m only giving 2star because The sales guy was nice, other than that I would give 1 or 0 I would not recommend this place even if your just looking for something cheap right now. I would go with something newer which will at least give you your moneys worth. It’s literally only going to give you about 4-5 months of use and they just stop working, and they basically say it’s nothing they can do after the 90day warranty. So you just loose 500-600 dollars when you could have just paid a little more for something new that at least gives you a few years of use. I think that’s terrible to not offer customers any kind of help when they support your business

Make sure they clean the washer before they sell it to you. Called and got avoided, sent text of pictures and video of sentiment falling out of drain. No response, we fixed it ourselves. Thing was filled with mold, we cleaned and replaced gasket on the outside. Wouldn't return a phone call. Good products just make sure you look it over before you take it home.
