Had an appointment between 3-6pm and was told they would call 30 mins before arriving. I called at 5:30pm since i had heard nothing and could not get a hold of anyone so left a voicemail. They called me at 5:48pm and I missed the call and called back 15 mins later to be told they could no longer make the appointment. Still awaiting my $75 refund they have held on my debit card to "hold the appointment" which is odd to me.
