A 1 star is too good. Their appliances are defective, Their customer service is awful they are rude as ever. They sell unreliable appliances and have the nerve to get upset when you ask for a refund. I paid for an electric dryer, it was delivered broken,, and another broken one was sent. They sent me a third one that was more unacceptable than the first two. They refused my refund. I contacted BBB and Attorney General on them.

I have never had a problem and I have purchased from them at least three times. purchased a Refrigerator from them and it went out was passed warranty and I called to have one of there repair men fix it and the guy fixed it no charge. Bought a Washing Machine and Dryer and they set everything up and never had an issue, Will use again,

Please do not purchase from this place as they do not honor the warranty. I purchased a refrigerator from them a few weeks ago. They offered to deliver for $75, but I chose to take it myself as I had a uhaul that day! They strapped it to the truck, smooth ride home. The next day, I find out the freezer doesn't work. I called them and they tell me someone would call me to schedule to come out. Never received a call. I call again a week later, now they are saying I have to bring the fridge in to have it looked at or pay $50 for someone to come out, since I didn't have it delivered! That was not disclosed to me and makes absolutely no sense! Never again!

Purchased a side by side from them on August 6, 2022 and I have had nothing but trouble with it and the store staff. The owner is very unprofessional and the delivery team and technicians leave a lot to be desired. When they delivered the fridge and connected the water line water immediately started running all over the floor. They disconnected it and said we would need to call the store for a missing part. I called the next day but it was Sunday so they couldn’t send anyone. Fine, understand that. A technician sent by the store came out on 8/10 and reportedly fixed the issue but now there is a huge block of ice in the freezer. I called the store and he said he is not liable for the repairs on the receipt it states water/ice is not covered under the warranty. They don’t cover it because they don’t connect lines. BUT THEY DID. The owner sent someone out. When I reminded him of this all he could say was sorry I shouldn’t have done that. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.
