From the 1st phone call to the installers leaving my property, I never felt like I was out of the loop, miscommuncated with or felt like I was being treated like anything other than a customer paying good money for good work. Appliance by Design showroom was inspiring and as we were making some big expensive decisions we knew we were in great hands. Allan was fantastic as we walked the showroom and built our knowledge of Appliances and Hood systems. He didn't just answer questions, he was on site during the construction process to ensure the contractors were setting up our new kitchen to fit everything flawlessly. He also has made contact through the first year to ensure everything was working as promised. You don't get this service from a Big Box Store. We also worked with Stacey to design all our cabinets. ( Elements ) She was on site multiple times and you could tell she knew her stuff. End of the day we have a Beautiful New Kitchen and had a great remodel experience because we went with a Terrific contractor and Appliances by Design we worked together like professionals.

If you are going to Appliances by Design, do yourself a favor and ask for Erika. I cannot rave about her customer service enough! Shopping for appliances can be a total headache, but Erika made the entire process seamless. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely invested in helping their customers—she has been a huge lifesaver. 10/10 service
