I was a returning customer... NOT ANYMORE! Sales guy is EXTREMELY rude and dismissive. I had purchased at this store before with my husband and have recommended many friends and property owners. Somehow the last two times i've gone this salesman is very dismissive and straight up ignores, walks away, and proceeds to tell me he doesn't "need my business" when asking about items. This man has horrible customer service skills. I will never buy here again and no longer recommend to anyone! I'm so sorry to those who've had to deal with this kind of disrespect here...

I initially contacted them via Facebook Messenger about a Samsung champagne-colored pedestal listed at $50. I explained the exact color I needed, and they agreed they had it. They asked me to call Monday. I called that day, specifically mentioned the champagne color, and they again confirmed they had it. When I arrived, they didn’t have it at all. They tried selling me a totally different brand in black. Even when I showed the person a picture of the champagne color I had discussed on the phone, they didn’t even know that color existed. The price also jumped to $100 each. I wasted my lunch break driving across town. I recommend avoiding this company and finding someone more knowledgeable and transparent.

The day before an important family event my 25 year old Kenmore 36 inch stove top broke and needed an impossible to find part, it was time for a new one. But all the big box stores consider 36 inch units to be special order. Calling all over, a few people recommended Appliance Outlet, gave them a call, they not only had one, but several different models. Ran right over, they were super helpful. You don't see that much anymore. They do seem to specialize in scratch and dent in their large warehouse, but in stove tops they were all open items. After being shown several, we picked one and they opened the boc and went through everything. Not a scratch to be found, the price was lower then a three week wait for the same at home depot and fifty dollars less. So part of that is the consideration why was it open, but the answer is clearly it was brand new... Purchased on the spot, drove home, installed in an hour, all perfect. They get a ten for honesty, customer service, going the extra mile and stocking a lot of appliances to save the day.

Sam saved me from having to go through a house fire by making sure that my dryer vent was properly cleaned out after installation even though I was positive I didn’t need it. It turned out there was a huge clump of lint hiding above the vent screen that I never would have found otherwise. I am so grateful!
