Half Price Furniture & Mattress Store Las Vegas

Sadly I didn’t have the best experience purchasing my furniture here. I am very unsatisfied just because I feel we were screwed over by Kenia and Gloria. So we went in and did hell of a purchase which that was good for their sales but to be honest it wasn’t the best deal or purchase for us. They priced us at a certain amount Gloria even handed me a sheet with all the items we were purchasing but at the time of the deliver we were told one item was not in the invoice. So we had to purchase it separately which made us have two separate payments with the worse finance company “Kafene” please people don’t apply for this financing company they don’t do monthly payments as Gloria says they do. She has no real knowledge of the finance companies she’s offering obviously since we were told by her we were going to pay monthly which it was all a lie and be careful when she shows you your purchase invoice triple check she adds the correct amount of items your purchasing. So disappointing:/

Ok so let's just start with the experience from the time we walked threw the door, we were welcomed by Gloria the sales representative and she was all smiles and exceptionally friendly even tho I wasn't given all smiles out of the frustration of shopping and moving i was tired and aggravated. She was so understanding and flexible, in regards to the difference of opinion, me and my spouse had she made things happen.There were several different options to get us financed.Prior to paying cash for anything, Alexay the administrator was very attentive to our knees. In certain items, color schemes flexibility in the amount that we wanted to spend and even going out of her way to look up different items. To meet our needs along the range of what we were looking for I never expected to spend more than 5 minutes in that furniture store to be quite honest with you because of the mood, I was in. But I have to say i spent a pleasurable amount of time in that store and walked out with exactly what I wanted. I would recommend before frustrating yourselves at other locations. Because of the customer service that I received here. I know that they will give You the same experience, Cut out all the middlemen and try this place first. And to Gloria and Alexay please keep up the good work.We don't experience customer service such as yours nowadays. Not only that but the patients as well, Thank you for everything. Speaking for myself and my spouse very satisfied customers will be returning soon. 😁😁😁. So we returned to this wonderful location the very next day to purchase a couple more items and we got the best deal ever thank you again Alexay, and to Gloria for your outstanding customer service, patience and understanding when the items were delivered it was with so much care and professionalism friendly and fast, still more items to come so we will be seeing you soon. I just love this place.

I had many questions and she was very knowledgeable, Alexay definitely deserves a raise, her expertise is exceptional she truly is a great asset for the company.
