Hi Desert Appliances

If I could give zero stars, I would. Hi Desert Appliances has been out to my home twice to fix a problem with the washing machine. It is three weeks now and still not repaired. Today is September 8 I received a call from Chris (He says he’s “the boss”) Asking me questions so they can figure out what is wrong with it, In lieu of “the boss” coming and looking at the appliance himself. (After they’ve already had their guy out here twice) Still no resolution says they have to come out tomorrow for a third time to diagnose it When I asked what time he says, he’ll call when he’s on the way. Couldn’t even give me a time frame 3 visits and 3 weeks to diagnose a problem that these guys at Hi Desert Appliances can’t solve to date Unfortunately, we are renters waiting for our home to be built so we don’t have a say in who they send out but if you do have a say, do not hire these guys. *******UPDATE *************** Today is September 9 Evidently, my phone call with “The Boss” at Hi Desert Appliances warranted Sierra to send out another company (Mr Appliance) He literally was here 30-40 minutes and found the problem with the washer I would highly recommend Mr Appliance They don’t waste your time and they also give you a window of when be here
