VERY sad and unfortunate that we bought 1 fridge,2 dishwashers, one set of washer and drier and one stove from this business . the washer and drier, the tenant complained of bad odor and the drier did not dry, so we requested exchange and we were offered credit for another item, which we chose stove. now the fridge is not making ice, leaking water and make a weird sound. we had contacted both lupita and Nancy without positive results, we sent video and pictures but no even answer the phone, messages or texts. it was a used item. How sad that for very little amount of money you loss a client and future recommendations, how sad that you prefer to have a bad review and loss a client than provide quality service and people give you a positive feedback, how sad that you demonstrate how little and limited mentality you have making business, how sad that you take the money and run as if you were stealing it, instead of showing proud of your job, lift your head up and show moral, professional behavior and responsibility for your actions. Definitely I canot recommend this business Lupita appliances LLC on 5073 Arville st. 89118
