Matt was amazing. We walked in, no appointment, told him what we needed for our lake house. He explained each appliance that we were looking at. Once we picked out what we wanted, he worked his magic with discounts and rebates!! Delivery was quick as well. It will be many months before we get to try out our appliances since we are still in the process of building but excited to use the latest technology that Barons has to offer!

Awesome experience! After hours of frustration searching online and visiting big box stores, we couldn’t find what we needed. Then we remembered Baron’s! 5 years ago we had bought a Verona range hood there, and the experience had been amazing. Plus they price match - so we should have started with Baron’s! Caylin made the process of replacing our old refrigerator super easy. She worked with us to find a unit that would best fit our needs and space. It was great knowing she was there to call if anything went wrong, but it didn’t! The fridge showed up in three days as promised, and in perfect shape. The live delivery app made it possible to track the truck on a map, which was super helpful! Friendly, courteous (and strong!) delivery technician Gabriel and his assistant completed the job, with a running, replaced refrigerator being the result. Thank you Baron’s for a job well done and for taking good care of us!!

I was looking for a microwave at both barons and one of the big box stores. I have had great experience with Barons in the past and so always look there when in need of an appliance. The microwave I found was actually cheaper at Barron’s. I would always prefer to buy from them when able, based on dedicated customer support. I was hoping to pick up the microwave today and so used their online texting option… Within 30 seconds Joe replied back to me and so nicely helped me locate the unit and confirm it was in stock and I would be able to pick it up today. It was as straightforward as texting a friend. He facilitated the order and made everything extremely smooth and so easy. In today’s automation era, it was nice working with an actual person. What more could you ask for… Great pricing and dedicated customer support. Thank you again Joe!

We purchased a Bosch 800 series French door refrigerator with separate vegetable/fruit drawer from Baron's Nashua and couldn't be more pleased. What a great fridge! Extremely quiet just like their dishwasher we purchased from them last year. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful sales staff. You can't go wrong and their service plans are tops. Would highly recommend and will be purchasing more appliances from them in the future no doubt.
