My oven needed repair It had a code for the circuit board Mr Moderno suggested that the unit is very expensive and recommend a replacement .I told him to get me a unit for around $800. 2 days later he came with a new Amana range.Installed it and I was very pleased with his choice and workmanship Very highly recommend and I will use his services in the future.Very pleased. Above and Beyond does not begin to explain the experience I had with this company. I live in Northeast Ohio. I was online looking for a very specific end table to match the set I currently have. It was discontinued 3 years ago and I was fortunate enough to find that they had one in stock. Immediately called them and asked about purchasing and shipping (they only offer local delivery). After some back and forth (with incredible timely communication), they gathered a shipping quote and I made the purchase. Unfortunately, there was some issues with shipping after it was all packaged up. Suzanne drove from Salem to meet with my father half way in Syracuse NY to ensure that we still got the table in a timely manner. Exemplary customer service and dedication! I am beyond ecstatic with the level of support I received from this company. Thank you very very much!

Amazing customer service at Moderno Appliance & Furniture. I could not thank them enough for all their help and guidance. I purchased a washing machine for delivery and needed to haul the old one away, which was not the easiest to remove (heavy large old machine in a very tight space.) From start to finish they were so helpful and accommodating. 100% on time for delivery and communication was strong. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
