I recently needed a washer/dryer done and they were fast, the plumber that was needed to do the gas install was very professional and ensured everything was working great before leaving. Great team! Highly recommend!

From ordering to pick up, I had a smooth experience with Dracut Appliance Center. Jeremy explained all of their policies clearly and made ordering and payment easy. Pick up at the warehouse went quickly because my 7 air conditioners were already unboxed as I had requested. Every person I spoke with on the phone and at the warehouse was friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate excellent customer service and Dracut Appliance delivers! I chose them over my local appliance store for this reason.

We used Dracut Appliance for a refrigerator repair in December-January. They were fair, honest, and gave all possible options before we ultimately decided to try a repair first. The refrigerator is still going strong! Today, we had a gas dryer delivered. It was seamless from start to finish. We have an old house, so we have to measure everything down to the cm.... another big box company refused to bring our refrigerator into the house a few years back because there wasn't enough clearance on each side. I had to leave work to bring it in with my husband. Dracut Appliance gave no hassles, ensured the measurements I did were correct and made delivery feel like a vacation for me.
