My refrigerator broke unexpectedly, so I urgently needed a replacement. I found this store online after seeing its positive reviews and high ratings, and decided to purchase a new refrigerator there. From the beginning, I made it very clear that I needed it delivered the same day.
The woman assisting me assured me it would arrive no later than 7:30–8:00 p.m. After multiple phone calls trying to get an update, I finally heard back from her at 9:15 p.m. She informed me that they were only then loading the refrigerator onto the delivery truck. It didn’t arrive at my home until 10:00 p.m. To make matters worse, the delivery driver complained upon arrival, saying, “We don’t do deliveries at night.”
Unfortunately, because of the delay, several refrigerated items were spoiled.
The refrigerator itself is beautiful, and I’m very happy with the product. However, the delivery experience was extremely disappointing. I communicated the urgency of my situation from the very beginning, yet the delivery was hours later than promised, and the attitude of the delivery team only made the experience worse.
If you need a refrigerator delivered promptly, I would recommend looking elsewhere. While I’m satisfied with the appliance itself, the customer service and delivery experience have made it unlikely that I’ll be returning as a customer.
