I was very pleased with Norman's service of my refrigerator. He hit all of the marks : He returned my phone call in a short period of time, he accurately assessed the problem, and he charged me a reasonable amount. All of those things would have been enough to earn a top rating from me, but on top of that he is personable and helpful (even assisting me with the unloading of my food-filled fridge.) I would definitely use Norman again if I were to have an appliance problem and recommend him without reservation.

We had a very poor with Norm. He is unresponsive to phone calls and voice mails. And takes hours to respond to his pager. We were clear that we had two babies and need our dishwasher repaired fast. He said he's going to order parts that same day. We tried calling to confirm for three days, and he said he's final recommendation is to replace the entire unit. Well, thanks Norm, for wasting our time.
