Dishonest business! I had a horrible experience with this business. I left a $150 deposit for a part, but after a month of no updates, I went to check in and found the shop closed. When I was finally able to speak with someone in person, instead of receiving a helpful update, I was met with hostility and was asked to leave. Unfortunately I never got my money back.

I stumbled across this place when in was visiting the glass company down the street. I was excited because I saw a large number of coin operated washers and dryers on display, which we need for our business. When I walked in, the person there told me that none of them were for sale, and they were for use in their service business. Fine. Most of the machines had signs attached saying "Inspected in 2023". I don't understand what this store is for. Also, the guy was very dismissive of anything I had to say, including admiring an antique appliance that was there. It was impossible to have a conversation with him because he told me that whatever I was saying was wrong, while he was telling me things I knew were wrong. It was clear he wanted me out of there right away, so what is the purpose of this store being open to the public? So strange.

Horrible customer service as well as they will take your money and provide you with horrible machines and tell you that your wrong for calling and asking for their products to be replaced. I don’t how they are still in business.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. Total lack of decorum, or willingness to listen simple question.

Place is a complete joke. Charged me $150, completely misdiagnosed our dryer issue. Had us waiting 4-6 weeks for parts that weren’t needed. Called another company, and they fixed the issue while they were there within 30 minutes. It wasn’t even close to what Park Appliances said. Don’t ever call this company. They are incompetent and the guy who answers the phone is rude and inconsiderate.
