Purchased a Speed Queen washer & dryer set, the lady at the store was very knowledgeable on the repairs that were previously done to both the washer & dryer. Offered my 2 grandchildren some cold water, greatly appreciated on this hot summer day! When the gentleman got there, they loaded both units onto the truck for me. Excellent customer service, giving me the hoses for the washer, vent hose for the dryer and making sure the dry had the right outlet plug. Thank you!

I could not be happier with my new (to me) washer and dryer set! Vincent is an absolute gem and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. In the store, Vincent was happy to elaborate on the features of the model I was interested in, and so when I decided to buy, they had a delivery lined up for me the next day! I reside on base, and Vincent was more than willing to go through the gate and sign in to get sponsored. Also, when there happened to be an issue with the wiring (the outlet itself was not compatible, so the dryer wiring needed adjusted in order to get the full 240v), he was able to figure out what the issue was quickly and he resolved it right then and there! I am over the moon with Vincent's compassion and professionalism. He has an outstanding business, which has blissfully saved me hundreds of dollars!
