I ordered ceiling fans, down rods, and couplers all in the same order and was charged the full amount immediately. I was told everything was in stock. The down rods were delivered first. A few days later I received one of the ceiling fans, a few days later I received the other ceiling fan. Two weeks later am still waiting for the couplers to ship, obviously not in stock. Terrible, I will not be using Ferguson again.

Our sales person is Angie, the customer service has been non-existent. I have had to call, email, call, email for updates on when our bathroom tub, tub filler and rough-in will be here. Because our sales person did not call and check on things, the time frame she gave us was not accurate. and my entire bathroom has been stripped down, in fact I have open dirt in a 6x8 ft space for almost a month. I finally contacted management, they did respond and were very understanding of our frustration, Angie got our parts in...finally. I am hopeful our experience is not the normal as a Realtor for 17 years, I have been sending folks here for their bathroom, appliance and lighting need.
