I purchased a $400 used refrigerator. I was pleased with the sales, purchase and delivery. However, after several months and within the warranty period, the appliance started leaking on the inside. When I attempted to get it serviced per the warranty, the store offered to pick it up for $100 for repairs. I do not have a secondary refrigerator so I would be without adaquate food storage outside of a medium size ice chest for an unknown amount of time which was impractical and inconvenient. I did bring up my concern for my food. After no options were suggested to help me, I ended up calling an independent appliance repair service. The repairman gave a best guess assessment by text that turned out to be spot on. He fixed the minor problem in about 30 minutes and only needing to temporarily remove a few food items to complete the job. I spent $140, $40 over the store's warranty deductable with zero stress and 100% satisfaction. The warranties could be improved to accommodate customers without the luxury of a second refrigerator or the hassle of moving food elsewhere. Update: Dominic called after my review. He didn't want to believe that he didn't offer me a loaner. I calmly explained (many times) that if one was offerered, that I would have taken the offer in a heartbeat because I have never not used a warranty when necessary and it certainly would have been cheaper that what I ended up having to pay. I really tried hard to reason with him until he hung up on me after the arguing and gaslighting apparently didn't work. I do not recommend especially after how I was treated today.

These guys went above and beyond when I had an emergency with my refrigerator. Exceptional service, fast delivery, and exceptional prices. If you want to wait weeks and pay hundreds of dollars more, then shop at the big box stores. If you want to support local and save money, then please give these guys your business. 5 stars, no question.

A few months ago I was needing to replace my gas range. After doing my footwork research I decided to look at what Ediths Appliances had to offer. Right away Dominic, the owner, made me feel right at home. He showed me the ranges he had to offer, he stepped back, allowing me to look around, without being pushy or adding pressure to make up my mind. Which I highly appreciated. I did find a very nice black range I wanted, and purchased it, along with an Air Frier that they also carried for sale. I took my AirFrier home that day and my range they would deliver a few days later. When I got home I soon realized that my Air Frier wasn't the right one I had purchased. I called Edith's and spoke to Dominic, he apologized and didn't hesitate to offer to replace it with the right one. Which he did. A couple days later, Brian and Renee delivered my range and set it up for me. They were very friendly and helpful and made sure my range was working properly before they left. 5-6 weeks after using the self cleaning feature the range door locked in place and wouldn't release. The control panel wouldn't work either as if it lost power, my range was 'dead". Once again I called Ediths Appliances, spoke to Dominic and explained the situation. Again, right away he apologized for what happened. Since it was still under warranty he offered to try to fix it. In the meantime he offered to give me a loaner range and sent it with Brian and Renee, and a couple days later they arrived, just as awesome as before, they removed the dead range and left me a white loaner one to use until mine was fixed. Well, as it turns my range could not be fixed. 😥 Something about the wiring in the control panel. So, Dominic kindly offers either I could keep the white loaner range as a replacement, or he then tells me about a black range he had that I might like. Two days later I went back to Ediths to see the black model. Dominic, greeted me outside with a hello and a warm smile, escorted me indoors and showed me the range we spoke of. I did like it and agreed it would suit my needs. So yesterday, once again, both Brian and Renee came back to my home, removed the loaner range, brought in my "new" range, hooked it up and made sure I was happy before they left. I am very grateful for the wonderful way Ediths Appliances took care of me during this entire ordeal. Dominic, Brian and Renee, all treated me with kindness, courtesy and respect. What a great team they are. I will ALWAYS choose and recommend Ediths Appliances over all others! Thanks guys!! ~Brenda Hines ~

Great experience buying a washing machine. We walked into the store after seeing a few listings on Facebook Marketplace and wanted to see all their offerings. Customer service was really great. They walked us through what they had, and answered all our weird questions. Delivery, hookup, hauling away our old one, limited warranty, and a good price. Definitely recommend!

Bought a washer/dryer unit from them back in December, right before New Years! They installed it at my house right away even their schedule seemed pretty full. It was a good price with fair warranty conditions, and the person I worked with was super informative about any work that they had done to the unit. Unit is still working well. Would work with them again.
