Jon Came out to verify my cabinetry for my panel ready refrigerator. He was extremely detailed and outlined the modification necessary. Thank goodness Builders Source does the pre-delivery inspection visit. Saved a lot of time and headaches Follow up. Delivery went smoothly. Installation was seamless. I am soooo glad I went with builder source! It has been amazing from start to finish. The weather delayed something’s but they always managed to fit me in schedule no matter what. I almost went with another company but glad I didn’t. Catherine the sales representative was the first person we met when going into the show room she was very knowledgeable she worked up a quote with the specifications for each product worked well with sending me updated information when needed. The hood for the range we originally wanted was discontinued she found similar in style and again set up everything flawlessly. I can’t say enough good things about this company! PAY FOR THEM TO INSTALL! It’s worth it and saved us sooo much time! Aurora was amazing! I never called once to see about rescheduling they always called me first. We ordered new LG Washer and Dryer from Daniel. He was very knowledgeable. When the Washer/Dryers came in delivery and installation scheduled within a couple of days. Upon delivery as they pulled out the appliances they said they couldn't install because the valves were corroded. They left the appliances and we were able to get Horizon plumbing out that afternoon. Lavern worked her magic and they came back early the next day to install. Great team incredible service.

We worked with Logan to get our new appliance package. He was awesome! Very knowledgeable, accommodating and just a pleasure to work with. We couldn’t be happier with our new appliances. Ruben who installed our stovetop and oven was also great! He did a wonderful job cutting countertop to make the stovetop fit and was also very nice. He was very knowledgeable and helped us get everything tweaked to fit and perfect!! I would highly recommend Builder’s Source for all your appliance and home improvement needs.
