This business rips of this seniors. They installed a washing machine and its not working at all.This elderly person was given double talk all three(3) times that I tried to resolved this issue with. They tell you that it has a three(3) month warrant, what a joke. The catch is you have to return the machine to the store, and this senior is handicapped. They were quick to take my money, but not to honor their word. What happen to doing the right thing.

I went to buy a pellet stove. When I got home to install it, there was no control board. I called the owner. Long story short, he said he sold me a fully functional unit and would not refund me. As you can see on the first image (this is the post the owner put on Craiglist), this unit is supposed to have the control board on top, and it's gone. Supposedly he tested it before selling it to me.. NOT POSSIBLE WITHOUT A CONTROL UNIT. I only noticed until I was going to install it and found the power cord striped; I figured it was as simple as getting a new power cord; when I opened the back panel, I found a bunch of loose wires inside. Pictures attached. Please go somewhere else. Don't lose your money in this business.
