This business is not to be trusted. They have no integrity nor any concern for consumers.Not to be trusted at all. They sell faulty washers that they set up to be broken only so you can call them to service them. Then they lie so they can suggest you buy a new used one or can buy a motor that they put in that only lasts a couple of months.My mom purchased a washer & dryer set from this business (only because when they came to service the washer one they had already serviced prior they claimed it needed a new motor one that they didn't have in stock) Anyhow they suggested to buy a new one since it would have been the same price as the motor . My mom went in & bought & choose a set that was paid in full. A week later they had to come pick it up due to the motor . They brought it back after they serviced it now 3 months later same issue happened with the the motor they put it in. Now there telling her the same motor story. It hasn't even been 6 months. These people seem nice but they have no integrity.

Wonderful service!! I Highly recommend this appliance store! Paid 330.00 for our washer and dryer set and works excellent! We are happy with our set and best thing of ALL.... They deliver and pick-up your old set. It took us some patience as we wanted a set ASAP. We hate laundrymats. Give this place a try! SAS Appliance is on Louisiana and they weren't open for 2 days. Glad we are entering the New Year with a good washer and dryer set. Also found out that we have a 90 day warranty. Repairs included.. Even if we had to pay for repairs in the future i wouldn't mind. Great place, really!! And down to earth people! Thats always a plus!
