Igor, the appliance technician, was assigned to repair my Blomberg refrigerator. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was a clear communicator and explained the problems as well as the potential solutions in a very consumer friendly way. Unfortunately, after he made many tech visits to my home and called directly to the Blomberg manufacturer while he was here trouble shooting, there were no solutions that would get us a working refrigerator within a reasonable amount of time. The refrigerator was repaired and is working great. I'm glad they called at least one of us listed on file, but there was a misinformation on when it would initially be fixed causing more food to spoil. The only other upset was the attempt to leave the old part for us to dispose of instead of taking it being that we already paid for the fees to fix the fridge.
