Expert Appliance

We called Expert Appliance when our Miele washing machine stopped working and needed service. I spoke to Alex on the phone, and he was helpful right off the bat, offering possible solutions for me to try before booking a service visit. When none of those worked, we set up a visit. Jose and his partner came out and quickly identified and fixed the issue. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional - exactly what you want in this kind of situation. They even offered extra advice and tips on caring for our washer and dryer. I won't hesitate to call to call them again for any other needs that arise.

Once again, they were supposed to come friday. Called me to say the technician could not come. Rescheduled for today (saturday). Technician showed up with no context of the situation and without the control board that I paid for (an additional 325 usd) in the beginning of the week. Obviously he couldnt help and we keep on waiting for a resolution.

Bought my Miele vacuum cleaner here after my old vacuum died in the middle of deep cleaning - thank goodness for local stores! Great service - the man at the store was knowledgeable about the vacuums, and I was practically encouraging him to upsell me, but he pointed out that the lower cost model and its included attachments were enough for my needs. Highly recommend!

I have a Miele Manhattan vacuum that is almost 20 years old and sadly I only came to the realization this year that I should have been maintaining it all along. No worries, Expert Appliance Center came to the rescue. They did a maintenance and cleaning on it (no judgement!) and now it looks bright and shiny and runs like new. Reasonable service charge and quick turnaround. Will go back to this business for future work, they clearly know what they are doing. One note, they seem to prefer phone and in person interaction as my initial email was not answered ;-)
