They carry an impressive variety of products, including many hard-to-find and specialty items that other stores simply don't stock. Their pricing is very competitive, and they're always willing to help you find the right product for your needs.
What I appreciate most is their honesty. They'll tell you when an off-brand item is perfectly fine and when it's actually worth spending more for a name brand. That kind of advice is hard to find these days.
Even more importantly, they don't disappear when a problem comes up. If there's an issue, they stand behind what they sell and work with you to make it right.
