George McIntyre was awesome! He helped me pick out a new dishwasher and made the whole process really easy. He was friendly, funny, and super knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I had the correct measurements, and helped me find a dishwasher with all the features I wanted. I never felt pressured, and he made sure I understood everything before making my decision. Great customer service from start to finish. I’m so excited for my new dishwasher to be delivered! Upon entering PC Richard & Son at the Atlantic / Barclays Center location, I immediately felt very welcomed. I was approached by the sales assistant, Christopher (aka LeBron James 😄), in the nicest possible manner — not pushy, and not disturbing at all. Very polite and professional. Christopher helped me find exactly the product I was looking for and provided excellent service from A to Z. The entire interaction was smooth, knowledgeable, and truly professional. I actually ended up buying more items than I originally planned, which says a lot about the quality of service. I left the store very satisfied and confident in my purchase. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Highly recommended!

Kirk was amazing, left Florida without any charger headphones anything and I needed really good quality products. He helped me sort through and select the best for USB-C for charging my watch my phone and to listen to music since it always left in Florida by accident.. very knowledgeable, professional patient and listen to all my technical needs and addressed each one with the perfect product for me.
