Edward's Appliance

Purchased a very expensive GE washing machine after the salesman tild me LG was a terrible product and I would have trouble getting repairs. Also said Edwards supports its customers fully unlike a purchase from a big box store. So went with the GE. The motherboard on the machine went within two years Edwards was completely unsupportive - waited 5 weeks for the repair which was a $700 motherboard replacement and it broke again within a month. Edward’s attitude was it’s your problem you bought it two years ago.Go talk to GE. I try to support local businesses, but I was too trusting, and they have proven to be no different than a big box store- hard sales pitch and no assistance after the sale. Extremely disappointing. I would not recommend them. Save the money and buy from a big box store because frankly, if you have a problem you’re going to be in the same position either way.

Edward's is AMAZING! I purchased a washer and dryer! Had them delivered and remove my old set! Mike and his brother i beleive? We're very professional! I live in an older style home and was worried about my doorways!! These guys are amazing!!! I DEFINITELY will be coming back for all my appliance needs!!! Thank you so much guy's!!!!!

I cannot say enough great things about Edwards Appliance! The sales people were not pushy, they knew everything I asked about dishwashers, their prices were great, and they were all very nice (even over the phone Cole was helping me and he was so kind and patient)! The installer Chris they use was awesome as well! He couldn't believe the mess of wood the previous place had used to level the dishwasher, so he took the extra time and installed it appropriately. The last couple appliances from Orville's had problems that were never fixed, and we were not treated very great. I am thankful to have found a local business that cares about their customers!
