In-store service was top-tier customer service lady walked me through the aisle. Help me pick out the best situation for me when it comes to the washer and dryer. Delivery man came asked a couple questions went downstairs removes a big washer and dryer and brought my washer and dryer downstairs connected them and left. They did their job very professionally and accurately very good customer service and delivery.

I’ve been working with KW appliances for a few years now and have purchased multiple appliances from them plenty of stoves fridges, and anything in between. I have been happy each and every time if there was an ever an issue to arise, they were quick to fix it and it’s always great to go into the store with great customer service! I’ll be shopping with them for many more years to come!

Ive been buying used appliances from KW for several years for all my units. They have very nice inventory of late model appliances in several different price ranges. All come like new, spotless, delivered on time and without issue. Never had a problem. Once we putchased a few ovens and 1 didn't work. They took it right back and replaced it at no cost. No questions or issues. Highly recommend.
