WNY Appliances 4 Less

Bought an LG refrigerator form WNY Appliances 4 less at a great price. One week later it was leaking water so I went into the store when they opened at 10 AM. They had somebody there immediately come to fix it. It wasn't the refrigerator It was the old copper ice maker connector that was the old line from the previous fridge. They have rings in the connector that can crimp when you tighten them. So he put a brand new plastic ice maker water line on and it was fixed. Was very happy with the customer service they provided and the fridge is great now!

I cannot give this store the credit they Deserve! So one day last week I noticed my refridgerator acting odd.. and oh goodness it was dying on us. I did some searching and seen this store online. We drove from Lackawanna to Amherst and were amazed with all of various items they had. The prices were absolutely amazing!! The owner and daughter were wonderful they helped us pick out the correct size and type we needed for my home. They also delivered that day. Thry took the old one away and installed the water and everything for this new refridgerator. When I tell you I haf a samsung fridge and I wasnt sure how they were going to get it out of my home. Boy did they shock me. They ad to remove my door but they also put it back on perfectly. They did it perfectly. The way they hauled the fridge up my steps just shocked me. They charge only $100 for delivery which included install. We ended up giving them a tip. For any of my next big home appliance purchases we are going to go thru them. They weren't pushy and had excellent mannerism in business

Great customer service. We’ve purchased 5 appliances from WNY Appliances for Less - great prices and selection, the deliver and install quickly and when I need to call they are very responsive. Needed some service on my dishwasher. The cold spell froze one of the valves in the dishwasher base. The owner and associate came out to take a look and the machine was running in minutes. I can’r recommend them more highly!!
