Exceptional service! I had an issue with my refrigerator and was unsure what to do. They were kind enough to offer suggestions over the phone that could save me money by fixing it myself, even if it meant losing out on business. When I eventually decided it’s best to just have their repairman come and take a look himself, he came earlier than expected, fixed the issue within 5 minutes, and didn’t even charge me any labor fees (just the initial travel and consultation fees that they told me about from the start). They even called me the next day to check and see if my fridge was giving any more problems. They were extremely kind and helpful. The next time I have any issues with my appliances, I know who to call ☺️

For years, they had great service and Philip as a service person was the best. Today, besides calling quickly for payment, the wait was over 31/2 hrs for a service person without explanation or apology. The office said the service person didn't answer his phone and they had no idea where he was. Passing the blame to a service person is not a sound policy for running a business and giving confidence to the customer, quite the contrary.
