Do not under any circumstances do business with these people. They jacked up the price on a stove my 62 year old mother wanted to buy from $425 too 647$ in fees from installation and removal. We looked around another store and found a better , newer and cheaper stove for half there price with installation and removal included. Total scam artist. They won’t be open in Rochester too long . N goodman street location sucks in my opinion ripping people off in their own community.

Went in looking for a kitchen set for a house I'm going to sell. These guys used to have a huge selection and good variety of prices with very clean units. Walked in and the NEW showroom was very small. Very small selection. Two guys working and they didn't even acknowledge my presence even though they were not busy with anyone else. Walked around and looked at a couple refrigerator units and the prices were on tape on the inside of doors and all the prices were over $800 and the units weren't even clean. They still had like food waste liquid in the bottom of drawers and stuff. I'm not paying you nearly $1,000 for stuff that looks like garbage. I can go to a big box store and buy brand new in that price range. They used to have everything from maybe $300 up. All I could find was above $800. Plenty of other used appliance dealers in the city to go to

If I could give negative stars I would. Do not buy anything from them. My appliance had a 1 year warranty and stopped working after about 8 months. Didn't use it much over the 8 months. They sent a repair man who was here for a short time said it was fixed and didn't hook it up properly said the piece he had was too big but it worked but he didn't even hook the vent back up. He also unhooked my washer to get to it and just left that in the middle of the room. It's been 2 weeks and my dryer isn't working and is doing the same thing again. Only the parts were covered had to pay fir labor and it was very costly for the 30 minutes he was here. Called because it's the same problem 2 weeks later and they won't do anything. No service no nothing. Steer clear of arctic.

I bought a washer and dryer that was used and reconditioned by these guys in 2005. The set finally gave out on me in 2024. Goes to prove how well they repaired any damage from the original owners. Solid work and great service. I will be shopping there again for my next set once I receive my tax returns, and I look forward to it. Tons of people I know always big them up too. See you guys soon!
