James provided us with excellent service, he was professional and knowledgeable about our plumbing issues. He did a great job explaining the options for fixing our problems. He replaced an outside faucet and installed a sump pump back up unit for us. He got the work down efficiently and was respectful of our house. We will be having him back in the future. David from Pride Plumbing was professional and friendly from the start. He called about 30 minutes before arriving, which I really appreciated. After I showed him where I noticed the leak, he quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a clear, reasonable quote. Unlike many plumbers who don’t offer free estimates, Pride Plumbing’s service fee was very fair compared to others. I’ve used them before, and their pricing has always been reasonable. David worked efficiently, and the job was completed in no time. I highly recommend Pride Plumbing for their reliability, professionalism, and fair pricing.

Ethan came out to do a plumbing repair at my house last week. Arrived on time, and after a brief inspection offered me several choices on the type of repair. He was very professional, and completed the work very quickly. After he was done we reviewed the repair to make sure it was what I wanted. I am very happy about the work being done, and the price I paid. I highly recommend Pride Plumbing.

Thought that a toilet replacement would be easy, but alas, with an old house, it proved quite complicated. But they are quick and immediately responsive. Despite having to come out three times to try and assess and then fix the old piping under our upstairs toilet, they scheduled the same or next day service. And each tech (James, Steve, and then Nick) was great. I greatly appreciate their professionalism and kind demeanor. They only up-sold the yearly service agreement because it made sense and saved me money. I can’t speak to whether or not the price was good, not knowing what to compare it to. All I can go on is the quality of the work and the older, uncommon piping they had to manage. I’d definitely recommend them.

I came home from from a 2 week vacation to find shattered pipes in the utility room. I called Pride Plumbing and Matt G. showed up on time. Matt quickly evaluated the extent of work and quoted a cost to repair on what was visible. As work continued, additional damages were identified and repaired. His work ethic, skill level, and customer service is second to none. His concern and focus on getting us basic plumbing quickly was noticed and appreciated. Nick joined Matt on Day 3 and the two of them quickly finished the job. Both Matt and Nick are a fantastic at their jobs and you should be honored to have either of them show up to work on your plumbing issues.
