I would give zero stars if I could. The advertise that delivery available make you drive over an hour to wait until the last minute to tell you we don't deliver to your house it is too far. I was even willing to pay extra to get it delivered. It is a bait and switch place. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

David helped me with a purchase of an electric stove we were blessing someone with. Instead of the quoted delivery of Monday which was 5 days away, the stove was delivered that very afternoon! The woman was so blessed as she was feeding 4 kids on only one working burner. They set up the new and removed the old one. The service and willingness goes unmatched today. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been submitting requests to through their online form for two months. Nobody ever replies. When I called to ask if they’re receiving the online forms, store staff said they don’t have a form (or he’s unaware of any forms, something like that). Then he said they (the appliance store! ) don’t have refrigerators right now anyway. Huge disconnect between their website and the store. Check your website. Update it. Service it. I tried to buy local, oh well. Update: I went to the store anyway to check it out. The prices for used/refurbished refrigerators were so high, it made more sense to just get a brand new one at Home Depot.

Had a very good experience with the Appliance shop. I bought a washing machine and a gas oven. The prices were very good, the delivery/installation charge was stellar, and both appliances are working great. Installation was quick and the (I assume) father-son duo were nice while at my place.

I went in for a dryer. I was greeted by Dave. He was very curteous and polite. Dave showed me exactly what I asked for. The prices are great, the delivery fee was Only @$50. and I got a 60 day warranty. Delivered on the day and time I was told. Delivery men were nice, careful and polite. Pretty sure I will be a repeat customer.
