Prisco did a highly professional job in completing my complex order for several appliances. Their sales team was highly patient in understanding my requirements and ensured that everything was fitting well and delivered on time, even stopped by my home to identify what would work best for me. The installation team went the extra mile to resolve issues with my setup. I don't think I would have been able to complete my order if I went with the big box retailers. Highly recommend!

We are extremely happy with our experience with Prisco Appliance, from the store, to the salesperson, Keith, to the delivery team and installation team, Dario and Emilio. Keith worked with us to get the kitchen appliances we wanted in the colors we were looking for, he was able to arrange delivery for the times that worked for us as we set up our kitchen, and even helped us when one piece had to be delivered at a different time. Everyone was so responsive, helpful, and we felt valued as customers. We would definitely recommend Prisco to anyone in the area looking for appliances or electronics to check them out.

I urgently needed a new washing machine after normal business hours and called Prisco. Allison answered the phone immediately! She was extremely upbeat and told me that she could help me get a new washing machine ASAP. I had a number of very specific requirements, and Allison knew exactly which product would meet all of them. I had actually already done a lot of research in advance, and the product that Allison suggested was exactly the one I also thought I would need. Her knowledge of the product line is outstanding. She was also very helpful getting me the exact (small) delivery window I wanted which was so helpful because I was really dreading having to sit home for hours waiting for them. The two guys who came with the product were extremely nice and helpful. They came on time which I really appreciated. They walked me through how to use the product and installed it very quickly. It has been a few weeks, and I am extremely happy with the washing machine. I would very highly recommend Allison (and Prisco). She is very proactive, helpful, and friendly. She definitely is the type to go above and beyond to help a customer. Allison, thank you!!
