They messed up our order, and a different fridge from what we thought we had ordered was delivered. We ended up accepting it to make everyone's life easier. Clearly a mistake. The GE fridge is faulty already (about 4 months in). When called for help to have this fixed, rep was very belligerent and unwilling to listen, let alone help. He ended up hanging the phone on me. Washed his hands of the whole situation, and just said to call GE for service. Better off buying online for better price.

I was in the market for a new fridge and multiple people recommended Ralph’s. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was worried the delivery crew would need to remove our front door and they said “not a problem”. Other places charge extra or simply don’t do that. Fortunately, the fridge fit but it was so comforting knowing the delivery crew would do whatever was needed to make everything go smoothly. Highly recommend them!

Went in looking for a speed queen on display on a Thursday. Went home took measurements and ordered on a friday. Washer and dryer delivered monday. They are so knowledgeable and helpful! Even gave me a gas cap since i was giving away my old machines over the weekend. Price was better than others! Wil always shop local with them!
