Seems great at first. But they sell jankies appliance meant to work for a few months then break down. The warranty only last 3 months. The game is they switch it if there’s a problem but the warranty doesn’t extend so you run into the same problem later with the switched out appliance but this time no warranty. And to just look at it is $145. Cheap at the beginning, the same price as a new unproblematic one in the long run.

Purchased a used dishwasher from them, turns out it had roach eggs inside now I’m dealing with an infestation. Disgusting. Be very careful if you decide to purchase from these people, they obviously don’t care about the condition of the appliance they’re selling you.

No, we were not customers of yours, but you lost a potential customer, that's for sure. _________________________________________ Went there to buy a used fridge for a temporary purpose. The guy was on the phone the entire time. Never acknowledged us, and we walked around for about 15 minutes. The prices were very high and compared to the new price. We ended up buying a great one on the FB Marketplace.

I recently purchased a washer and dryer. Highly recommend these small business owners. I had a minor issue with one of the appliances I called the store and they were so amazing fixed my issues extremely quick. I will definitely be back.

I’ve used Guaranteed Appliance both personally and professionally for years. I manage six rental properties in Asheville—each rented by the room—so appliances get a lot of wear and tear. Guaranteed was always my go-to. Even when issues came up, they made it right. That track record is what made me trust them with my own home appliances. Unfortunately, that trust was broken. I bought a washing machine from them, and when it arrived, it was dirty and already showing rust. My wife cleaned it up, and we hoped it would work fine. After about a month, the spin cycle stopped working. We went on a month-long trip and I contacted Guaranteed when we returned. That’s when I was told the warranty had expired—by just 20 days. I explained that I’ve been a loyal customer for years and asked if they could do anything to help. The only offer? $20 off the service fee, with full price on parts and labor. To make matters worse, the issue isn’t a small repair—the entire tub has rusted out and broken off from the top. It’s just sitting there, completely detached. It’s not fixable. What stings the most isn’t just the broken machine—it’s that Guaranteed didn’t blink an eye at losing a long-time customer. I expected better. Sadly, I won’t be calling them again.
