We had an urgent need. The dishwasher removed during a kitchen remodel would not work when put back into place. Jackie came directly the next morning after we called him in the evening. He immediately diagnosed the problem (motor; it had been making noise and that was a bearing) and replaced it with on he had in his van that would have been for another customer whom he knew would be away for a while, and he could order a new part for her). Quick, and reasonable. Nice and polite.
