Furniture Fair

I had a wonderful experience at Furniture Fair. Even though I haven’t made a purchase yet, the excellent service I received from Tony Walker exceeded my expectations. He answered all of my questions with enthusiasm, was patient and knowledgeable, and even provided me with a hard copy of the quotation for future reference. His outstanding customer service made the entire experience pleasant, and I truly appreciate the time and effort he took to assist me. I would definitely recommend working with him. I will surely come back once decided to by my chosen furniture.

Purchased 3 chairs from them 3 years back, with a 5 year warranty. No paperwork besides that. The electric recliners stopped working. We called for repair, and they declined this after giving us the run around for 10 days. Eventually saying they aren't honoring it because we didn't report it within 30 days. Keep in mind, there was nothing besides "do you want the unlimited warranty" that was said to us, no terms, no outside agreement. When asked to show us signed terms, they said they couldn't but it's their policy. Picture attached of the recliner that won't open or close anymore. Edit: To the owner who is replying - please give me a contact number and I can contact you with all the information that's needed. Edit 2: after speaking to the owner, raising this from 1 star to 3. Once the owner got involved, they did repair the recliner motors using the warranty that was purchased. However, not giving more stars because it shouldn't take a negative review as well as the owner getting involved for a warranty to be honored.
