Walter's Discount Furniture

Here is my advice: DO NOT EVER buy a used washer and dryer. Go to Lowes and get a cheap brand new washer and dryer (would have only cost 300.00 more than we paid) that has a warranty, you will be better off. We bought a washer and dryer from Walters. The washer flooded my home, causing $10,000 in damage (thank God for insurance), and they replaced it. The one we have now does not work properly. The dryer does not dry. Both of them are complete garbage. And with only a 30-day "limited" warranty, we are stuck I am not even going to waste my time calling. I hate giving negative feedback, but this is a warning to all.

I'm lessed than pleased, I've spoken to Walter personally and he did what he said he would do kinda. I never recieved the piece that covers the legs on the front of the refrigerator. I've called a few times but I should of just called Walter personally however I lost his number and asked where it is, however when he sent the repair guy out the guy came with no parts and sadly had to use a part that I recieved from another technician. I made a deal with walter and I feel like in the end he dropped the ball. Walter you want this to be a 5 star you will call me when the part I'm missing is in your hand.

I bought a refrigerator from them. I had the worst time trying to get one that worked right. I know by no means did they want to sell me a refrigerator that didn’t work, however communication was dropped and I felt like I was being a bother to them. At the end of the day Walter called me and made things right. I now have a refrigerator that works great. With that being said we ended on a good note.
