We had the best experience with Distinctive Kitchen and Appliance World. We ordered our washer/dryer and refrigerator several weeks before moving to our new home. They were able to keep it in the warehouse until installation day. Terri was super helpful and professional throughout the whole process. Stephen and his team arrived with the appliances for installation during the time frame we were given. This was such a seamless process. Would highly recommend this great business.

Terri was wonderful at helping us to quickly get a dishwasher when ours stopped working. She was professional, thorough, and answered all of my questions. Delivery and installation were done quickly and seamlessly. We will definitely return here if we need another new appliance!

I wanted to share our positive experience with Terri and Distinctive Kitchen and Appliance. We could not be happier with our Dacor microwave along with the customer service we received. Terri was quick to respond to my request and actually had this item in stock! I went to Ferguson first and waited for a representative to meet with me, after a half hour being ignored I decided to leave. I am so glad we decided on Distinctive Kitchen and Appliance and appreciate Terri’s professionalism.
