I was barely acknowledged by the lady at the front desk, and then when I had a question about finishes to the man at another desk, he seemed annoyed and short with me. I was honestly so shocked by the super poor customer service. Even though the showroom was nice, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Rude.

Shopping at Ferguson for my home renovation has been a positive experience. I have been able to find everything from plumbing, to lighting, to appliances all in one place. Norma Falk has been a delight to work with. She always gets back to me in a timely manner, and has been helpful in finding the right products.

We went to look at bathroom lighting and fixtures for our 2 bathroom renovation on a Saturday morning. The person at the front desk was rude and condescending to us. We walked around and looked and were not approached by a single salesperson. My husband has a long pony tail and we were dressed in jeans and sweatshirts. I saw things I liked but we walked out. I went home and looked up the website of the items I liked and ordered them. I can't be treated poorly on a website. Shame on Ferguson's for going to help the young couples instead of the older couple. Never again will I go and I will not tell people about Ferguson's. Lifelong Raleigh native.
