Garner Appliance & Mattress - North Raleigh

My refrigerator had to be replaced and Simon at the Garner location helped me to find the best fridge for my needs by listening and helping me to compare possible models. The fridge I bought was on sale and was a better price than big box stores offered plus I was able to talk to a person who actually answered my questions. Delivery was quick and done professionally. I am very satisfied with my buying experience at Garner Appliance & Mattress.

Garner Appliance was fantastic. We shopped around at different appliance stores for new kitchen appliances, and eventually found them. We worked with Dave from the start, and he was such a great help. His honesty and straight-forward approach was perfect, and we ended up going back to him several months later for the remainder of our kitchen appliances. I highly recommend Dave! In the end, we bought a new range and oven/speed oven initially, and then returned to get the fridge and dishwasher.

I am already recommending you guys to friends and family. I was so impressed with the service and delivery. The guys who delivered my Bosch refrigerator were friendly and professional. Cleaned up all the packaging. Our salesperson, Mike, at the North Raleigh location was helpful and well informed about what we needed without being pushy. Your prices were the same as the big box stores, with much more personal service. They even gave us a loner until my refrigerator came in Thanks for such a good experience.

I had a great experience purchasing a new Sub-Zero. Mike Nenninger @ the North Raleigh location was fantastic to work with right down the line. He encouraged me to look at the Pro series instead of the Classic and just as he suggested, it was perfect for my needs. He also managed to secure an earlier delivery date for me as my old fridge was broken and he even made calls on his day off to coordinate the delivery! Mike also offered to provide me a loaner fridge if I needed it. All without me even asking because they wanted to make sure I was taken care of. Wow! For my next appliance, you can bet I'll purchase from Mike and Garner Appliance.
