I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this company! I called because my control board on my washer went out, mind you I have a Touchscreen whirlpool Washer. They came out and told me that I needed a new control board which they installed a USED CABRIO control board.. Once it was installed, of course, it powered on when I tried to wash my clothes. It would only wash my clothes partially in the washer would shut off and would not rinse and spin. I reached back out, and then the technician stated that it was more likely my shocks Needed to be replaced. Which I knew that was bullshit because I just had my shocks done not long ago. And the Drum goes out of control when shocks need to be replaced. He ended up coming back out Saturday at midnight to look at my Washer. He supposedly reprogrammed it or whatever he did all the lights were lit up on the control board and then the water started running. I lay down because it was midnight and I woke up the next morning, and my washer was still going. Smh It was filling up with water at a very slow pace. Then he had the audacity to tell me I needed a new washer lol How is it that I need a new washer when it wasn’t doing this new issue before they touched my ?!? CRAZY!! When I called other appliance repair places, they stated he should’ve known better than to stick a Cabrio control board on a whirlpool for the simple fact that my washer won’t work the same I have to replace it with the same exact type of control board. They definitely are not the place to go to and the manager seemed like he really didn’t care too much. I know a lot of places charge to come out just to look at it, but to be honest, it’s worth it because you might end up in a worse situation than what you’re currently in..

Had out to look at 4 year old dryer. Very unfriendly and was determined to sell me a used dryer at store. He went on and talked about buying one at the place he came from and between 300 to 700. He left and it was heating when came but as soon as left it was not..Got some one else out and took apart and found blue tape on two female wires. The other man said that was keeping it from working. He did come back proceeded to tell me recommends me buy one of the used ones at his place.Guess he figured senior and would not catch on. The dryer had never been taken apart panels.He taped the blue tape to the wires. Took advantage senior. Rude and would never recommend and I paid nothing and was not going to buy used. Its now working sadly too many people like this.working now since those wires redirected. He was first to ever look at it 4 years had so it was him. Id go buy new never one at store they rebuild. Would of got good parts from mine. No one fools me I watch the body language and how they react to me. Listen well. Good luck.

These people sell lemons and then try to charge you more money to deliver another unit after being out to fix it for the same problem. No integrity. I bought a washer dryer and refrigerator and all three have broken down and needed fixing. I realize these are used appliances, but i expected it to last longer than three months. Here I am again with no way to cool my kids food and once again tossing out an entire fridge of food. Like anyone else I have a strict budget for groceries. We're going to eating Ramon noodles for the rest of the month. I wouldn't been so upset, but the fact that he tried to make me pay more money after losing almost $300 in groceries, I have spent the same amount to replace food that I paid for the fridge. The audacity to ask the customer to pay for anything after this type of loss, is insulting. The owner claimed he's going to correct the issues, but we shall see. If not, small claims court it is.

We showed up more than an hour before the posted closing time and rang the doorbell with no answer. The phone numbers listed on the sign were hard to read so I went to the website to get the phone number and call. We were told that the person was on a delivery and would be back in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later, no one had shown up so we left. The place looks pretty sketch as well. I'm bummed because other reviews seemed good but I guess we'll have to try our luck elsewhere.
