Our 12yr old Maytag gave up at 10pm on a Sunday. I needed to replace it ASAP and on a budget. I stopped in Appliance Solutions Monday morning after being recommended to come here. I was immediately greeted by Anthony and I told him what my situation was. He knew exactly what directions to point me in and sold me on a discounted Maytag replacement. Anthony was super helpful and I was in and out in less than 10mins. I opted for the $69 Delivery and installation service but that includes hauling off the old unit and installing new supply hoses. They also offered free delivery to my driveway but that doesnt include taking the old one. Feeling already inconvenienced enough the delivery and installation was a great bargain for me! Chris arrived the next day exactly at the time he told me over the phone. He had a great attitude and was super knowledgeable. Chris listened to my concerns over my old house 1.50" drain situation giving me problems in the past. He was super confident and got everything hooked up and made sure nothing leaked before he left. Between visiting the store and doing the installation all in all took about 30mins of my time and I have a new washer with little effort of my own. Appliance Solutions has a tremendously efficient process, Anthony and Chris are great. If you need a solution to an Appliance situation then this is your place.
