Bought a French door fridge it started filling with water inside fridge, they brought another French door fridge out the freezer stopped working after 2 days, brought a side by side neither the fridge or freezer worked, had to go up there multiple times because the guy stops responding on call or texts with you which is now happening with the 4th fridge they brought me he came to fix water and ice maker that never worked when dropped off and in process he messed something else up because there's water leaking somewhere and leaving puddle in my kitchen even with water turned off. He's impossible to reach he reads the texts but doesn't respond. It's ridiculous I'm now heading to his shop again to try to catch him.

I would not send my worst enemy to this store. I called him 22 times in one month. I never got a return phone call. I am 2 and 1/2 months into getting a working refrigerator. Their customer service is below zero. Today I had someone I want to look at it and they left to get a part over an hour ago and they took everything out of the engine or motor or whatever just left it to thaw out a leak on it I'm in the process of moving everything in the refrigerator part went dead and I have to replace the condiments and everything this is one honest review. Boo hiss do not go there.

I highly recommend A&R Appliances! Jim is incredibly kind and provides excellent customer service. In December, I purchased an older model, two-door Whirlpool refrigerator from them, and it has been running perfectly without any issues. Recently, I bought a washer and dryer, which they delivered and installed at my home. As a teacher on a tight budget, I deeply appreciated their willingness to work with me on pricing. I am beyond satisfied with my experience. Thanks to them, I’m doing laundry right now and thrilled to have clean clothes for the week!
