Bought a washer, got it home 30min later, and flooded out my entire laundry room. Young lady that works in the store was super sympathetic and kind. She herself felt terrible. The manager from “Stillwater” on the other hand completely rude, could’ve cared less, and only concern was keeping the money I paid. Don’t buy anything from here. Complete SCAM.

I bought a dryer Tuesday, by Thursday it wasn't getting hot. I exchanged it Saturday, by Sunday it wasn't drying. I had to borrow a truck both times . I can't keep exchanging dryers, hoping to get one that works. I'm too old to be wrestling dryers. I appreciate that they do exchange. I understood when I purchased there were no refunds. I just expected to get a dryer that worked. Turns out, my friend had a similar incident with a washer a few months ago. I guess this is just an expensive lesson to learn. I will just have to suck it up and come up with the money to buy a new one somewhere else.
