If i could give zero stars i would. My washing machine broke last week. I was told this guy is good, so i called. He was pretty short with me on the phone, but agreed to come out to my house the following Thursday, which was yesterday. He didn't come yesterday, he didn't call. I left messages for him he didn't return my call. Today, Friday, I called and left another message. He calls me back and informs me that he's TOO BUSY, and won't be able to come look at my washing machine, and I should just call someone else. I don't even know what to say.. I mean this is a business. You make an appointment with someone, you keep it. Or you call and tell them that you can't keep it, and offer to reschedule. I'm at a loss for words about how unprofessional this man is. All he did is make excuses about how much work he has to do, and it's not his fault that he can't get to me after he made an appointment a week ago. I think that nobody should call this guy. Then maybe he won't have to worry about having so much work. UNBELIEVABLE!! 😠

This is a very professional, friendly place. He only gives you quality items with warranties. Stands behind his work. Hard to find that these days! I have bought several items there and I haven't had a single problem. This is the place to go if you want quality work, a fair deal and piece of mind knowing you got a good appliance! ! Darren is the most qualified, professional and competent person in the appliance repair business. He is difficult to get in touch with sometimes, but it's strictly because he is in such demand.
