Set up a repair with Melton's through whirlpool warranty. Our dishwasher started leaking from the door panel as you can see in the photo and as I have personally witnessed on numerous occasions. Tech just acted like we were dumb and told us it's not doing what we have seen it do, and it's actually coming from the vent. Despite the first vent opening being an inch too far to the left for that to be true, he did nothing to repair or further investigate this leak. The vent does let steam out, but does not drip, which can also be seen in the photo. We also had on the ticket that our dishes are no longer getting cleaned. We left out two dishes for him to see this fine brown debris that is getting left on our dishes. He told us we needed to use a rinse aid and did accused us of overloading the dishwasher and not rinsing our dishes. Basically acted like we were new homeowners and had no idea what we were talking about. We're in our 30s and have owned 3 homes and rented numerous others with dishwashers. We have a whole home water system - these are not water spots on my dishes I'm complaining about. I personally cleaned both filters twice prior to setting up a service call. We rinse our dishes and don't overload, hell half the time it's ran far under capacity, especially while I was troubleshooting. Long story short, choose a different appliance repair service if you want anything done.
